You need to have an active Microsoft 356 or Google Workspace tenant that is properly set up with your domain(s)/URL(s) using the proper DNS/MX figures. If not, we can definitely assist; however, we may charge an initial setup fee after observing that the account (or tenant) is not correctly set up and configured.
We will also require access to the admin portal of the Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant and the domain registrar portal if applicable. You need to provide us with this information during onboarding.
Remember, when choosing one of our support plans, be sure that the number of users in your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant properly aligns with your chosen plan. If the number of users does not align correctly, we will notify you during onboarding to get you moved to the proper plan.
